I sometimes wonder why my luck is just so bad as I have just found out that I am suffering from the symptoms of Lyme disease for the second time this year, and it is only the middle of June. The first time I had never even heard of the condition before and it was all quite a surprise, however this time I recognised it straight away and went to see my doctor as soon as I thought that it may have come back. I am going to have to go through the same treatment plan again and am hoping that I will get a few weeks off of work too but my doctor thinks that I am alright to carry on as normal this time as it has not hit me as hard as before. He didn’t tell me the first time that it can come back but having just done a bit of research for myself apparently that is always a possibility.

Completed Survey on What Causes Migraines
I took part in a health survey at the weekend as somebody that suffers quite frequently from migraine headaches and all of the questions that I was posed were multiple choice. This did not take up too much time and it was fun to do as the lad that went through it with me was a good laugh and not ultra serious like most people in the medical profession. To pull the staples, a flathead screwdriver, a pair of needlenose pliers, a hammer and a pad for your knees are all you need.
When staples broke, we either tried to pull the pieces out with the pliers, or we hammered them into the floor using the screwdriver to make sure they sank below the surface.
